The Apogee mesh system is a synthetic mesh system designed to treat and repair rectocele or vaginal vault prolapse. Serious debilitating and life threatening injuries such as mesh erosion, infection, worsening dyspareunia and chronic pain have resulted from implantation of the mesh system.
